ARC offers private pay services (not insurance) and does provide superbills as an OUT OF NETWORK service.

 
 

RODBT Skills

RODBT Skills focus on increasing psychological flexibility from an overcontrolled coping style that helps increase social safety and connection.

  • Skills groups offer support around both learning and practice in a group setting.

  • Group members are expected to attend weekly and are required to meet with their individual therapist at least bimonthly (not required to be an ARC therapist).

Process group for teens who have completed RODBT SKILLS to practice together. Group members have already completed RODBT skills group.


DBT Skills

DBT Skills focus on learning mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills . The overarching goals is increase capacity to ride the waves of emotion more effectively and communicate needs to others, without using maladaptive coping strategies that include self harm, substance use, and ineffective communication.
