The purpose of my practice is to provide a trustworthy, non-judgmental space for exploration and reflection while learning and applying new coping skills into your life.
I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and relationship struggles. I aim to meet clients where they are, offering guidance, validation, and support as we navigate their unique challenges together.
I believe all clients deserve a supportive environment to explore their concerns and achieve personal growth.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques, helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and make meaningful changes. I use principles from DBT, RODBT, and person centered therapy to support each unique client’s experience.
By fostering a safe, collaborative relationship, I empower clients to pursue their goals and unlock their resilience.
In addition to therapy, I provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians in Georgia, helping them develop professionally as they work toward licensure.
If you’re ready to take steps toward healing and self-discovery, I’d be honored to support you. Please reach out to schedule a consultation.
