Resilience Counseling

Resilience counseling incorporates radical self-care and practicing authentic self-expression using somatic mindfulness and body awareness skills, as well as exploring opportunities for increased aliveness and joy.

We hope to serve anyone dealing with transition, grief, or ongoing stress, particularly for vocations that serve others and are vulnerable to secondary trauma and compassion fatigue (including therapists, social workers, nurses, teachers, artists, and ministers).

Relationship Therapy

Relationship therapy is designed for couples working through conflict using emotion based processing and learning communication skills for greater connection and commitment. Relationship therapy can also include Sex & Intimacy Therapy for romantic partners to increase connection or support building safety resulting from past trauma.

Skills therapy

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy offer skills to support both sensory experiencing and describing emotions as well as assertiveness training and building connection with others. Therapy is goal oriented with engaging validation and authenticity from therapists. Skills coaching is also available to parents of kids or teens that need extra support.
