Olivia Hucks

I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to practice, built through trust and collaboration.

I aim to create a space filled with empathy and understanding where we can explore your thoughts and feelings together, helping you build the relationships that enrich your life, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling existence.

My approach combines practical techniques drawn from evidence-based practices such as Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, all rooted in a humanistic framework. Together we will examine the patterns of avoidance or attraction in your life, and use those insights to foster resilience and a sense of freedom.

I believe that every individual possesses the inherent capacity for growth and change, and my role is to support you on your journey toward self-discovery and healing.
