Geanna Miller
LMSW
Radical genuineness, good vibes, and a sense of humor can make opening and exploring where change is needed easier.
I use evidence-based therapy and a nonjudgmental relaxed approach to help you develop a life worth living.
Feel like wearing your headscarf to therapy? DO IT! Those sweatpants super comfortable, and you don’t want to take them off? That’s cool!
I believe that authenticity is met with authenticity.
In our sessions, I promise to show up as my genuine and honest self and want you to feel comfortable to do the same. Let’s foster a judgment free zone together.
My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RODBT) all evidence-based treatment modalities to help you navigate feelings of shame, anxiety, and depression. I’ve worked with individual in the residential setting and feel comfortable navigating debilitating depression, anxiety, and passive suicidal ideation.
Whether you're facing daily struggles or deeper emotional challenges, I'm here to provide a safe, supportive space where you can truly be yourself.
