Laina Beaudreau MS APC
I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence — whether you’re struggling with self-acceptance, feeling misunderstood, or facing challenges in your relationships.
I use a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand and transform the patterns keeping them stuck.
The heart of my practice is the therapeutic relationship.
I believe therapy is a partnership between equals, where we can try out new ways of thinking and being, in a space that’s warm, safe, and often lighthearted (perhaps even irreverent!).
My goal is to create an environment where we can laugh, experiment, and take risks together in a way that feels authentic to you.
If you’re feeling stuck, misunderstood, or like you’re giving everything but not seeing the results you want, let’s work together to design a life that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
