NeuroAffective
Relational Model

The NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) is a depth-oriented, relational, and somatic model for addressing complex trauma. NARM integrates strategies of traditional psychotherapy with the felt experience of body-mind mindfulness.

With this interplay, NARM supports individuals in accessing self-regulatory capacities while exploring identity and the capacity for connection. This approach emphasizes the adaptive strategies learned from attachment, relational, and developmental trauma rather than orienting to the deficiency and dysfunction of our internal organization.
